Information that you provide to us such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, id card, VAT number and any feedback you give to us, including by phone, email, post, or when you communicate with us via social media.

Information about the services that we provide to you (including for example, the things we have provided to you, when and where, what you paid, the way you use our products and services, and so on.

Information required to make decisions about your application for products and services offered by Floreal Group Co. Ltd Services (for example, providing invoices and statement/having an account)

Information about any device you have used to access our Services (such as your device’s make and model, browser or IP address) and also how you use our Services. For example, we try to identify which type of product you viewed on the website. 

Your contact details and details of the emails and other electronic communications you receive from us, including whether that communication has been opened and if you have clicked on any links within that communication.

Information from other sources such as specialist companies that provide customer information (like debts, loans, address, id card, name, surname and so forth via Malta Association of Credit Management)

We also hold data such as transaction history with us, receipt copies, invoice copies and any other data that you have with us.

Any information we collect  will be held for as long as necessary to conduct business relationships.

Your rights in connection with personal data under certain circumstances, by law you have the right to:

-Request access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.

-Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected.

-Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below).

-Request the restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal data about you, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.

-Request the transfer of your personal data to another party.

We will process personal data for the following purposes only, namely:

To be able to provide the product, service such as invoices.

To provide you with statements and other data regarding those products and services.

For external uses such as MACM(Malta Association of Credit Management) for background check up and to collect overdue invoices and or balances.

For the detection and prevention of fraud. 

To safeguard our legal rights, such as in the case of enforcing or protecting our security, or recovering amounts owed to us by you or your co-debtors, or other persons whose borrowing of products based on invoices you owed us.

Any information we collect  will be held for as long as necessary to conduct business relationships.

We will not retain your personal data for longer than it is required. 

We make sure to use reasonable measures to protect your personal data with us. If by any means you believe that your data is not secure with us, kindly contact us as soon as possible.

The Company/Firm shall process the Personal Data found herein according to the Data Protection Act and applicable published legal guidelines and according to the principles, ethics and guidelines of The Malta Association of Credit Management (MACM), 86/2, Triq ta’ Mellu, Mosta, (www.macm.org.mt) of which the Company/Firm is a member.
In case of any default by the Client in the fulfillment of any terms of this agreement, the Company/Firm has the right to pass on any information or references contained herein to MACM as well as to any third party legally entitled to receive such information.
